Inspired and taught by her grandmother, Tamorin has continued to develop her own style and techniques. Using soft pastels on paper, watercolour paints, acrylics and oil paints on stretched canvas. Many of Tamorin's artworks depict her childhood memories and whimsical Australian scenes.

In 2018, Tamorin received a distinction in a Diploma for Illustration Children's Books through the London Art College. Tamorin has discovered a huge passion for illustration using watercolour and pen, as it is an area of her art practice through which she can express her delight in creating images of childhood fun and wonderment.

In 2024, Tamorin wrote and illustrated her first Children's picture book called " The Real Nurse", which was published through Austen Macaulay publications in London.
Of late, Tamorin has spent much of her time escaping her studio, to explore Plein air and Urban sketching, using watercolour and line, spending time in both bush and towns, doing quick studies of the world around her.

Tamorin's latest undertaking will be contributing to the vibrant Art Community of the Western Australian Goldfields at Kalgoorlie, through her involvement with the Goldfields Art Centre as an Artist in Residence. Tamorin's works can be viewed on her Facebook site, Tamorinsar
